the ramada was exceptionally clean, and the front desk staff were so friendly. the room was comfortable, making our stay enjoyable. it's close to universal studios, and the outdoor pool looked inviting. even though we didn't eat there, the restaurant had delicious-looking cuban food!

The hotel was clean, and our room exceeded expectations! The quick airport pick-up was excellent. We even took a family trip to the Los Angeles Zoo, where the kids loved meeting all the animals.

My kids wished there was a restaurant open in the lobby for easy meals. A dining option would greatly enhance the experience for families.

I paid for a longer stay and found the location to be fantastic for exploring nearby attractions. The room was clean and comfortable with everything in working order. However, I did notice that they were skimping on some amenities, like the tiny shampoo and lack of lotion, which was a bit disappointing.

Conveniently located with easy access to shops and the freeway, felt safe throughout. However, the hotel lacks frills and room service, which might be a downside for those looking for more luxuries.

Family with children solid choice

The cleanest rooms I've seen. The staff was really friendly, like that guy at the desk who ordered food for us when we got in late. Super helpful, and that was just the start of a pleasant stay. They have this small pool that looked inviting even if we didn’t dive in.

It wasn't cheap, but you know what, it worked out alright.
